The Book-Bosomed Club (BBC)
book-bosomed (adj.) β a person rarely found without a book.
Yeah, not what some of you were thinking. π
The BBC is a virtual short-story club for women who prefer pulling apart texts to small talk. We do brief introductions, then focus on stories that linger.
Here's the promise:
We read one short story per meeting (30 pages or less), breaking it down to the last compound. π§ͺπ§¬π No guilt, just one story that actually fits into a busy schedule. From the gothic unease of The Yellow Wallpaper to the modern subversions of The Husband Stitch, we prioritize classic and contemporary gems.
When We Meet:
π We meet virtually on the last Wednesday of every month.
Come book-bosomed and leave overanalyzing fictional people with the rest of us. π«
