The Rebuild & Grow Bookclub is a weekly free gathering, on Tuesdays. Rebuild & Grow is a bookclub started in 2021 for folks who's worlds have flipped upside down after a sudden trauma or change (and after the past 3+ years of Covid, this can apply to basically all of us, eh?). Together we will be reading books that deal with topics of self-care and self love, healing, growth and change.

Colorful Souls is dedicated to the sisterhood women share! We are here to lean on and learn each other! We are here to feel safe and understood. We are here to share experiences and give advice! We are here to vibe.. we are here to read.. we are women of all creeds and color.. we are mothers, aunts, wives, daughters.. we are vibrant and beautiful souls.. but most of all we are sisters..

This is a therapist led club for moms who are curious about imperfect personal growth, mental health, personal development, and improving their relationship with self and others. It's a place for us to carve out space for us beyond our roles as parents, partners and professionals.
