4.5 Loved this almost as much as I loved Simon... It's just so well accomplished, the flow of events is well-paced and natural, the characters have depth and emotion. Pg 312 had tears streaming down my face, I read this baby in 1 sitting. So yeah, 100% reading book 2.
I finally got around to reading this sweet little book. I recently watched the Netflix movie and really enjoyed it. Usually I watch a movie and don’t feel like I need to read the book, but this time it made me want to read it even more. I’m so glad I did. It was just the right amount of happy I needed after reading two more serious novels in a row. Charming and lovely!

Why is everyone in this book a jerk?
Like every single character is just terrible to each other. Except the parents!
