Welcome to thee book club!

My name is Wale and aside from being a bibliophile, I am a full-time psychotherapist and a lover of people and their stories.

Thee Hott Girl book club is more than just a reading group, it’s a celebration of stories that deserve the spotlight. We dive exclusively into books written by Black authors and authors of color, exploring powerful voices and perspectives that have too often been overlooked. Every meeting is a chance to discover unforgettable characters, challenge our thinking, and connect through stories that reflect the the world around us. 

For this club, we meet once a month via zoom to discuss the book of the month. All meetings are recorded if folks are unable to attend. 

Our book of the month is chosen by a poll at the start of each month, and is split into weekly guided reading sections.

My goal with this club is to create a safe and open space for folks to be in community, read, and grow as individuals 🫶🏾
