About The Quiet Strength Book Club
The Quiet Strength Book Club is a supportive reading circle for women 40 and over who are survivors of narcissistic abuse and the sisters that support them. Our group was created as a space where women can connect, grow, and rediscover their strength through meaningful books and thoughtful conversation.
While many of the books we read focus on healing, empowerment, boundaries, and personal growth, we also explore a wide variety of genres. From inspiring nonfiction to engaging novels and uplifting stories, our goal is to enjoy great books while building a community of understanding and support.
This club is rooted in respect, compassion, and the belief that strength often grows quietly. Members are welcome to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable, while enjoying a safe space to reflect, learn, and move forward.
Whether you come for the books, the conversation, to show support for your survivor,or the sense of sisterhood, The Quiet Strength Book Club is a place where women support one another as they continue writing the next chapter of their lives.
