About The Mental Edge
I created The Mental Edge with the purpose of building a community where we can grow together. This book club is for people who want to become better versions of themselves and understand that growth takes effort, consistency, and discipline.
The focus here is strengthening the mind, removing self-doubt, and improving daily habits. Through every book we read and every conversation we have, the goal is to learn, reflect, and apply what we’re taking in.
The Mental Edge is also meant to be a safe space. A place to share experiences, gain perspective, and support one another as we continue to grow together.
We will meet monthly via virtual meetings and on occassions can set up local meetings for those residing in Dallas, TX.
