Rainbow Readers of Las Vegas

Rainbow Readers of Las Vegas is a welcoming LGBTQIA+ book club built around great stories, genuine conversation, and community. We have been meeting in Las Vegas since April 2021 and have gathered almost every month since. What began as a shared love of books has grown into an active community where readers can connect, exchange perspectives, and feel at home. Our selections feature LGBTQIA+ characters and experiences or are written by authors from the community. Members help choose what we read through a democratic vote, so our reading list reflects the interests and curiosity of the group. Over the years, we’ve explored fiction, memoir, biography, history, romance, and many other genres. Our conversations are thoughtful but never intimidating. You don’t need to be a literary expert—and you don’t even need to finish the book—to join us. Come with your thoughts, your questions, or simply your curiosity.
