Queer folks reading queer books. Join us for a monthly, virtual discussion of your favorite queer books!

We’re a book club of queer men who meet monthly on a Sunday evening at a restaurant in the Los Angeles area to discuss the month’s book, enjoy a good meal, and share friendly conversation. When we dine out, we evenly split the bill at the end of the meal.

Manchester Book Club - Monthly Meet-Ups

We read queer science-fiction and fantasy! Our monthly social bookclub meets between the San Fernando Valley and Culver City. We follow strict Covid guidelines to ensure everyone's safety.

This is a no-stress, no-judgment book club that meets the first Wednesday of every month(ish) at Redemption Rock Brewing. This club has a focus on socially minded books that can open members up to different perspectives and interesting topics relevant to our world today. Books are available at a discount through Hygge House Books, but you do not need to purchase through us to be a part of the book club. You don't even need to read the book! Just show up ready to have an open-minded chat, partake in a bevvy or two, and hang with some cool people.

We will be focusing on political, feminist and queer books by BiPoC authors, tiptoeing through genres together. Coming from different backgrounds, we will all gravitate to different genres. A genre-exploration bookclub located in Los Angeles, California. We read a little bit of everything: seeking only adventure, feelings, and what it means for a book to be an example of one genre (or many!) Want to join us? We meet in-person on the first Sunday of the month in Carlson Park, and online on the following Saturday.  All are welcome! Hosted by Sarah: current lawyer, former bookseller, and forever bookclub enthusiast.
