Pizza Tuesdays Book Club

We are an established book club (but new to this app!) that is over ten years old, hoping to welcome some new readers to our group. We are a chill group of mostly women who read largely literary fiction--but we have dipped our toes into many different genres. We really do talk about the book, so if that's your thing then this might be the group for you! We learn a lot about ourselves and each other along the way.

We are a low pressure book club that:

• Meets every other month as opposed to monthly-- so we read six books a year to give folks space to read other things/do other things.
• Gathers at the same place: Old Town Brewing /Babydoll Pizza (MLK) to keep it easy/consistent--they have space, pizza, and a parking lot!
• Attempts to select books that are more readily available at the library/on spotify for those who listen, to keep costs low.
• Encourages you to come if you loved the book, hated the book, or didn't finish the book (but there will be spoilers). Some of our best meetings are when folks have different opinions.
