Dainty's Reading Lounge

DRL is a reading community that provides a safe, engaging space for women to discuss and amplify women’s stories by women authors.

We are a respectful community of women who value diverse perspectives and meaningful conversation. We meet virtually and in person bi monthly. (In person events will be held throughout the Metro South region of Massachusetts) You choose how to engage. Perfect for introverts and extroverts! Meeting dates will be shared in advance so you can plan ahead.

Prepare for genres that tell our story as women in many different ways, including Psychological Thrillers, Romance, Historical Fiction, RomCom, Women’s Fiction, Memoirs, BIPOC authors and more. Expect engaging discussions, occasional door prizes, and the opportunity to build genuine bookish connections. *If you are a woman writer come to an in person and share your work!

This community thrives on engagement — numbers don’t matter, participation does. To keep the space active and intentional, virtual members who are inactive will be removed.
