Black Lit. is an online book club for readers who love Black-authored stories and thoughtful conversation. We read across genres—literary fiction, romance, horror, memoir, essays—because Black stories are not one-note, and neither are we.

This is a space for deep dives and hinest reactions, thoughtful analysis and moments that force you to rebisit the text. Whether you’re a speed reader, a vibes-only reader, or someone who just wants community without pressure, you belong here.

We meet virtually every third Wednesday to talk books, life, culture, and whatever else comes up along the way. Come for the stories. Stay for the conversation
