Our club brings together a wonderful group of women who gather each month to enjoy great reads and forge meaningful bonds that uplift us all.

Sun City Book Queens: Book Club Participation Guidelines

1.  Read the Books: We understand that life can get busy, and reading may not always fit into your schedule. However, please try to complete the book by the club's deadline. If you’re unable to finish but still want to join the meeting, just a heads-up that there will be some “spoiler alerts”!

2.  Come Prepared: Take a moment before the meeting to reflect on the book and the discussion questions. This part is always enjoyable! Think about how we can connect with the author’s main ideas.

3.  Listen to Others: Your fellow book club members are eager to hear your thoughts, but they also value everyone else's insights. Please remember to give others a chance to speak—let's foster a supportive and collaborative discussion. We're all here to learn and grow together.

4.  Be Respectful: It's completely acceptable to have differing opinions, but it's essential to express those disagreements with respect. Engage by asking questions, steer clear of personal insults, and maintain an open mindset.

5.  HAVE FUN!

Why are we even doing this book club if we’re not having a good time? Let’s not stress about the rules and expectations—what matters most is that we’re enjoying ourselves!
