Horrible book. Barely finished, and that was only because it was an audio book I listened to at work. I was skipping chapters towards the end.
Like many other reviews, this is another "woke," privileged white woman telling the rest of us all how amazing she is and how horrible the rest of us are. Insufferable.
How this book was picked for Reese's Book Club and has so many positive reviews is beyond me. I hope this trend of dribble ends soon, not sure how many more of these kinds of books I can take.

This book was okay.
However, one mistake was reading reviews of it halfway through the book. Bad idea.
I also learned that Iâm not super compatible with the way this book was written and had to pick it up and put it down a lot because each chapter was like a pinball machine and you never knew where you would land next.
I did enjoy the moments where she wrote about anxiety and how sheâs had to constantly work on it and constantly remind herself that she was having anxiety âseasons.â
I also enjoyed when she would talk about her kids and tell stories about them. My favorite segment is how her daughter got her nickname in soccer, Elmerâs. I like that she also shows how Abby helps round her (Glennon) out, and think thatâs something we all wish for in a partner.

I did not finish this book. I was pushing myself to read more but honestly, I just kept getting bored. Listen, I’m all for people finding their path and finding yourself, great for Glennon, but the book didn’t capture my interest.
