River Marked (Mercy Thompson, Book 6)

(Listened to audiobook version.) My least favorite entry so far in the otherwise enjoyable Mercy Thompson series. Not a big fan of the romance genre, so didn't appreciate the shift in that direction. The "monster" was also a bit silly.

I keep giving Mercy more and more chances. But unfortunately, they are all what I expect them to be. I guessed the "big reveal" pretty early on in this book and made it very hard to finish. I think it's time for me to be done with Mercy's life and stories.

I really liked the Native American twist on this one. Looking forward to the next in the series.
