A little more plausibility would’ve gone a long way
Oh my, this has all the makings of a good thriller, but it falls short. Two couples, a missing husband and a plot to cover up what really happened. Told in alternating perspectives from Nina and Christian. Nina is married to Jake, a neurosurgeon who has gone missing. Nina is a high school English teacher trying to hold her marriage together. Christian is married to Lily, co-worker/friend of Nina's. Christian is a moron and Lily is pretty boring too.
