A TikTok sensation! Sparks fly when a competitive figure skater and hockey team captain are forced to share a rink.

Anastasia Allen has worked her entire life for a shot at Team USA. It looks like everything is going according to plan when she gets a full scholarship to the University of California, Maple Hills and lands a place on their competitive figure skating team.

Nothing will stand in her way, not even the captain of the hockey team, Nate Hawkins.

Nate's focus as team captain is on keeping his team on the ice. Which is tricky when a facilities mishap means they are forced to share a rink with the figure skating team--including Anastasia, who clearly can't stand him.

But when Anastasia's skating partner faces an uncertain future, she may have to look to Nate to take her shot.

Sparks fly, but Anastasia isn't worried...because she could never like a hockey player, right?

The story was okay, there is ALOT of side characters which a lot in the reviews don’t like. I came attached to some of them and wanted more about them, it’d have been good to have less with more context & story around them than 29 side characters with just little bits about them!
The smut is there & detailed but also very repetitive at times I’d skip over to get to the next chapter as I felt I’d already read it all.
Overall not a great read but I finished it.

A little slow at first but definitely proved it was well worth the read.

I honestly really loved this. It was so fun to read since I’ve been stuck in ACOTAR and needed a fantasy break. I loved the friend group dynamic and the way the author incorporated the like texting aspect into the writing. I’ve said this already but fuck Aaron!!! Stupid little bitch deserved what he got. Don’t know how I feel about the epilogue but overall was a super fun and sexy read. Go hockey and go titans!!

I gave a 7 purely for Nate Hawkins. I found Stassie to be a bit annoying as a main character but enjoyed her building relationships with “the guys” and the antics that brought her out of her shell. I enjoyed the positive space for therapy and the working through red flags and green ones as well as breaking generational trauma. It was a cute read, fairly predictable, and I wished it ended with Nate stepping in to save her one last time and do the routine with her. I also hate Aaron Carlisle and that name has likely been ruined for so many 😅 good thing Nate Hawkins has all the girls swooning in a healthy way. 👏 consent can be sexy

I liked this book. Totally not what I was expecting. This had too much smut for my liking but overall a nice book
