Daydream: A Novel (3) (The Maple Hills Series)
#1 New York Times bestseller! The third in the New York Times bestselling Maple Hills series follows fan-favorite Henry and a bookish fellow student who come up with a plan to help them both overcome their respective challenges in a difficult year. When his procrastination lands him in a difficult class with his least favorite professor, Henry Turner knows he's going to have to work extra hard to survive his junior year of college. And now with his new title of captain for the hockey team--which he didn't even want--Henry absolutely cannot fail. Enter Halle Jacobs, a fellow junior who finds herself befriended by Henry when he accidentally crashes her book club. Halle may not have the romantic pursuits of her favorite fictional leads, but she's an academic superstar, and as soon as she hears about Henry's problems with his class reading material, she offers to help. Too bad being a private tutor isn't exactly ideal given her own studies, job, book club, and the novel she's trying to write. But new experiences are the key to beating her writer's block, and Henry's promising to be the one to give them to her. They just need to stick to their rule book. Oh, and not fall in love.

It was so fun going back to Maple Hills for this book. I liked how sweet it was but it was almost... too sweet? Like everything Henry said was "too perfect" and well thought out for a college guy. They were kind and cute but I never felt the true passion. I needed a little more oomph.
EVERYTHING & MORE!
Since reading icebreaker I was desperate for the Henry follow up & this gave me everything I needed & more! Halle the oldest sister & âfamily managerâ lingered close to home really resigned with me, Henrys neurodivergent traits making him who he is & Halle supporting and helping him find his way while giving him space to do it himself melted me!
I absolutely loved this one more than Icebreaker or Wild Fire & I loved both of them!!

Hannah Grace can't make a bad book.
With this book I felt represented to every point. older daughter, book lover, haven't find the connection with someone, making sure everyone is taking care.
This book is really for all the older daughters out there who don't say NO to anyone.
Hally and Henry are the perfect couple of communication, of balance, of REALLY been there one the other needs them, and patience. I felt in love with Henry.
-dating lessons
