Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Harry Potter, Book 3)

For twelve long years, the dread fortress of Azkaban held an infamous prisoner named Sirius Black. Convicted of killing thirteen people with a single curse, he was said to be the heir apparent to the Dark Lord, Voldemort.
Now he has escaped, leaving only two clues as to where he might be headed: Harry Potter's defeat of You-Know-Who was Black's downfall as well. And the Azkaban guards heard Black muttering in his sleep, "He's at Hogwarts... he's at Hogwarts."
Harry Potter isn't safe, not even within the walls of his magical school, surrounded by his friends. Because on top of it all, there may be a traitor in their midst.

ugh my forever narrative haunter, sirius black.
In this one Harry finds out about Sirius Black. A man who has escaped from Azkaban prison. He is believed to have been involved with te murder of Harry's parents. During the story Harry's broomstick is destroyed but he is sent a new one (top of the line|) at Christmas but there was no note or card to know who it was from. Harry is also given a map because he was not allowed to go to town on the weekends because he did not have a permission slip. He inflated a muggle aunt just before he ran away from his muggle family. By the end Harry& Hermoine rescue Buckbeak (Hagrid's creature) and Sirius. Harry learned Sirius was not part of his parents' murder and the truth of what happened. Turns out Sirius is Harry's Godfather, he sent the broom and he granted permission for him to go to town on the weekends.
