Hábitos atómicos / Atomic Habits (Spanish edition)

Bestseller número 1 del New York Times.

I’m going to be honest, it was not worth it to me, I was not as smitten with it and I thought I was going to be. The hype was overhyped and I fell into it.. Haha. Don’t get me wrong I don’t think it's a bad book but I think that if you can get it on sale or borrow it online or at a library, you might be happier with its contents. I recommend it …maybe.

6.2 Cookies. Regular stuff Oreo? I really wanted to like this book, felt like it was going to help instill some good habits. But it just kinda felt redundant after a while. The conclusion chapter at the end summed up the whole book in like 4 pages. I took away a few nuggets like trying not to bite my nails but overall I felt like I was just trying to get through this book. No Big Bird award as there were no characters.
