There's a few reasons I don't read a lot of non-fiction: the biggest one is that I am simply not entertained. I like to read to relax and escape reality and sitting down after a long day to read about facts, is not my idea of fun or relaxing. With that being said, I do want to mix these types of books in because really interesting and helpful things can come from books just like this one. I have heard so much about this book so it was one I really wanted to check out. I'm not disappointed with it but it was simply just 'okay.' I am someone who loves order and loves when I am in a routine; a creature of habit, so a lot of the information we get from reading this one was fairly obvious knowledge to me. I did take away some good tips but overall it wasn't anything I didn't know. I would recommend this to anyone who feels they live in chaos or have a tough time sticking with something in their life because outside of how I might've felt about it, I do believe this is a super helpful book to a lot of people.
