Loveday and Kelly work together during the pandemic to keep the Lost for Words bookshop alive. They have a clever scheme to attract new customers. They start a book prescription service. You can write about your life and what's going on and they will look for books to suit your needs. I did like the concept and many of the suggestions were wonderful. I was particularly moved by the back stories about Rosemary and George, two retired teachers, and Jenny, the young mother living in a women's shelter. There are quite a few characters and storylines and that is perhaps my only criticism.
