I loved this series! This is a new author for me. This series made me think deeply about what was happening. I will be reading more from this author soon.
Really great story ♡
**4.5⭐️**
I was very happy with this ending. It took us three books of nonsense with these sisters for them to come to their senses, but it proved to be worth the wait.
I absolutely adore Scarlett and Julian. Their love for each other is pure and somewhat childish, but I love how obsessed he is with her. I do wish she had stuck with the game just to make him sweat, but I’m glad they worked through it all to come out stronger.
Tella is over here kissing on all the cute boys. I know it wasn’t strictly her fault, but she drove me nuts flip flopping between Legend and Jacks. In the end, Legend won her heart and I’m actually happy with that.
Although I feel for Jacks, I know his story is only beginning. Now I head to reread OUABH and TBONA before A Curse for True Love is released.
I like the writing but I felt the ending was rushed and there could have been a few more chapters. Hopefully Stephanie is going to write another book to the series.
Finale by Stephanie Garber, the third book in the Caraval series, is such a good book. It has such a sad, but nice ending. The ending explains where all the characters are and are planning to go/be. *SPOILERS* I did not like Jacks. He was very manipulative to Donatella every single time he showed up in the book, giving her what she needs in exchange for his wants. However, I did understand him as he had an obsession over Donatella, because he cannot love as he was a Fate/immortal. I also did not like the Fallen Star, Scarlett’s dad, as he just wanted to use Scarlett. However, at the end, he becomes human from feeling love for Paradise, and ends up being killed. I was really sad when I read this because he was explaining himself and in his moment of weakness, he was killed. *END OF SPOILERS* Overall, I really enjoyed this book and the entire series as it made sense, was not slow, and has so many plot twists.
