Color me confused. What just happened? This is such a compelling short story that seems to go in several directions at once. I don’t know what really happened, although I can guess, I guess? I cant really say much more without giving anything away. All I will say is that it starts with one ending and ends with another.
So, I'm confused! Did Talia die, I feel like she in fact did die.. I really liked the twist and the hidden clues that she was hearing hospital monitors etc! I throughly enjoyed this book!
Overall it was okay. The ending kinda confused me and I had to look up on TikTok with an explanation to finally understand the “plot twist” that leads up to the end.
