It's different from the Mortal Instruments, but still... it was good. I liked it. I thought it was interesting. Maybe it's just my preference of time and setting, but I really loved the mortal instruments better
This was a re-read since I read it years ago when it was published. I still think Jem is the superior character
Wonderful prequel to the Mortal Instruments Series. This series is called The Infernal Devices. Did not expect the brother to be so evil and selfish. Adore Jem and want to see what Will's secret is. Magnus, you're still adoreablely wickedly good. Tessie is stronger than she knows and the trick she did to Mortmain was sheer genius. Want to slap so me sense into Henry but he's just a befuddled hubby who loves his laboratory and wife..in that order it seems.
