🏈🏈I’m loving all of the love Danielle is getting from this new release! 🏈🏈 Big Girl Blitz is the last in the series, and it's been an interesting journey seeing this group of friends find and experience meaningful love. In Blitz, Jasmine meets football player, Lamar, at a bar one night. Their chemistry is instant and sizzling right off the rip.  Jasmine is spending time with her Aunt Addie, who is in the final stages of CHF. This was the part of the story that won me over. I loved Aunt Addie. She was a major piece of the story and had an endearing relationship with her niece. I loved her zeal for living life and experiencing the fullness of it. She shared many heartwarming and profound words of wisdom with Jasmine that was very touching. I couldn’t understand why Jasmine was so insecure about her weight because from the cover, sis was a baddie. My biggest complaint is that the story was LONG and REPETITIVE, especially the dialogue with Jasmine and Lamar. I promise it’s perfectly fine to have a 350 or less page story.  The narration was well done. I have been a longtime fan of Wesleigh S, but I need a break from her romance narrations. They’re all starting to sound alike. I couldn’t stop thinking about Forty in Bloom and Can’t Get Enough while reading this…all romance, 2/3 have elder with illness and all narrated by WS.

This was an amazing book 3 and my favorite of the series. If you're familiar with Danielle Allen's Curve series Book 1 and 2 - then you have to read this book! I love banter and details and this book did just that and then some.

This book is the truest form of "If getting in your own way was a person". I know Jazz had PTSD from being bullied as a child, but her anxiety with over protecting herself almost cost her a whole healthy relationship! This book is about appreciating time, coping with loss, loving oneself and allowing others to love you without conditions. Jazzy went through it in this book, out I'm glad her support system never wavered, even when she closed herself off and suffered in silence. Lamar, (That's a good man Savannah) saw her completely and loved her, all of her.
