New Feature Alert: Quickly Add a Book by Scanning the Barcode!

It's easier than ever to add books to your shelves on Bookclubs with barcode scanning, now available on the Bookclubs app for Bookworm and Bookclubber subscribers.  

Any place you can search for books, including adding to your personal or club bookshelves, you can scan the barcode on the back cover of the book to pull it up in the Bookclubs app.  

It couldn't be simpler!  

1. In the search bar, click on the bar code icon on the right hand side.
2. If you're prompted, go to the settings on your phone to allow the Bookclubs app access to your camera.
3. Scan the barcode by placing it inside the red square on your phone screen.
4. Click on the book cover image to pull up the book's details if you're doing a general book search, or click on the "Add" shortcut button if you searched from a specific shelf and want to add the book to that shelf.
