Nonfiction Book Clubs

The Rebuild & Grow Bookclub is a weekly free gathering, on Tuesdays. Rebuild & Grow is a bookclub started in 2021 for folks who's worlds have flipped upside down after a sudden trauma or change (and after the past 3+ years of Covid, this can apply to basically all of us, eh?). Together we will be reading books that deal with topics of self-care and self love, healing, growth and change.

This is a therapist led club for moms who are curious about imperfect personal growth, mental health, personal development, and improving their relationship with self and others. It's a place for us to carve out space for us beyond our roles as parents, partners and professionals.
