We have at least half of the books we read in stock, any help means a lot, but we welcome all readers, whether paper, e-reader, or audiobook!

Hashtag is an event venue in Northern Virginia, we have a wonderful selection of books in our retail area by the bar, and we've started the Book Club to help people grow their bookish community and share in the love of all things literary!

My name is Drew, I'm the captain of the good ship Hashtag. I have my masters in fiction from Johns Hopkins University. Even though I've been a writer the last 20 years, I didn't become obsessed with reading until after my daughter was born. Now, I read at least a book a week. I created the Book Club at my store to meet, discuss, and connect with other awesome bookish people.

We meet the first Saturday of every month and our Book Club features a virtual / in-person hybrid. Discussion topics are always posted in our Discord along with some helpful talking points in case people want to do homework to prepare!

Genres: Romantasy, Science Fiction, Mystery, Horror/Thriller, and Fantasy

In general there will be one book per genre, for Q4 we combined Mystery and Horror/Thriller.
