What We Believe

Romance can be a wonderful avenue to explore deeper themes of interpersonal relationships, internal conflict, healing, and joy. Stories with an emphasis on sweet romance and happy endings can be an approachable way to talk about heavy topics such as racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and generational trauma. In this club we don’t shy away from reality but rather we lean into the power of true love and human connection to heal wounds one story at a time.
