About The Healthy Readers Book Club
"The wonderful thing about being part of The Healthy Readers Book Club is that every page turns into a new possibility for learning, for connection, and for nourishing mind, body, and soul."
Our reading pace is one book every two months. Usually anywhere from 5-10 pages per day depending on the length of the book.
For our six books per year we usually read:
- one personal development/mindfulness/holistic living book
- one environmental book
- four health, wellness, nutrition books
Because we are all over the USA this is a virtual book club. We meet on Zoom on the last Monday of February, April, June, August, October, and December.
You do not need to have read the book to come to the book club discussions. Chances are you'll have something to contribute and/or you'll learn interesting things from the discussion.
