English Poetry Club (Keats, Dickinson, Hayes)

Our preferred poets are John Keats, Emily Dickinson, Walt Whitman, Terrance Hayes.

We also love Gerard Manley-Hopkins, Phillip Larkin, Shelley, Byron, Blake, and Shakespeare, Plath, Brooks, Strand, Gluck, Angelou, Armantrout. 

So many amazing poets walked the earth and wrote in English—happy to read contemporary poets too. Introduce us to poems and poets you love, we can read their work aloud! 

if you write poetry you are welcome to join, some members will be happy to workshop poems outside the club, but the Monday meetings will be dedicated to reading great works aloud and celebrating and analyzing them.
