Bookish & Black

Welcome to Bookish & Black, your local hub for Black women and Black gender-nonconforming folk who wish to connect over their love of books! We are open to a wide variety of genres and authors within the Fiction category, both popular and niche, and frequently highlight books by Black writers in particular!

A monthly vote will be put forth for which book to tackle, and on the last Sunday of each month, we will meet (virtually) to kick our feet up with a cup of tea, coffee, wine (whatever floats your boat), ready to sink our teeth into some juicy discussions.

*Please note club meets are fully remote for now, but we may do some in-person get-togethers in the future. RSVPs are due no later than midnight, Friday before our meetings. Zoom links will be available Saturdays.
