Wretched (Never After Series)

Well, this book was just ok for me. There were some entertaining parts, some delicious spicy parts, but overall the storyline just didn’t click with me.

This was very interesting. I do not see how it relates to Oz other than some of the names and the reference of red shoes. The story itself was very good, and that ending was insane. Did not expent what happened to happen, that being said Everly is a phycopath but also a BA, and I am impressed, but also terrified of her.

I guess I wasn’t as impressed with this book in the series. When returning to write my review, I found myself struggling to remember what this one was about. Thinking back: it’s another Drug lord/crime ring kind of story, but with an enemies to lovers plot twist. The story is about a cop that goes undercover and falls in love with the daughter of a drug lord. Now I don’t know the story of the Wizard of Oz or Wicked very well, but this story is supposed to have a ton of references towards the Wicked Witch. I didn’t pick up on as many as I did from the other books in the series. What can I say? This book just wasn’t as memorable….

Was good but was expecting it to have similar characters to the fairytale. It was good but disappointing

This was my favorite one in the series so far.
