I'd give TC 5 stars except that I didn't like the way this book ended. Kelsey's decision really broke my heart. Thankfully, the beginning of Tiger's Quest makes up for this, so TC still gets a 4 for being an exceptional YA book! I can't get enough of these two Indian princes. Ren and Kishan are too romantic and sexy. Kelsey is a very cool protagonist. Little hard-headed though!
I read this as a pre-teen and loved them (would've rated them 10/10 then) and while i still hold love for this book I found myself more bored and disconnected then I was as a kid :( Growing up sucks
Awesome book. The first chapter was a challenge. I nearly gave up. I started reading it with my son he did give up but I kept telling him how awesome it is and he has it on his list.
Great character development. Lots of detail. I felt like I could see it all happening. It a mixture of adventure, magic and romance.
