Publisher's Note: this book contains a lot of angst. As mentioned in the blurb, the heroine is marrying her sister's fiancé. If this is not a theme you'd enjoy, then this book might not be for you. This is a standalone with a guaranteed happily-ever-after, and no cheating.

I am emotionally spent after reading this.
I grew up on over the top, crazy drama, telenovelas. So this back and forth, and the dueling sisters, and the toxic family I can deal with. It would read as a super messy shonda rhimes rich bitches of new york show. Truly it will.
The smut is really good!
I can even deal with the heros hesitation in picking a sister. I can deal with it all.
The tiny bit of elements that took me out was the fat phobia. I just felt like it could have been handled a bit with more respect, even if it was wrapped up in bullying. I think that to make a female lead suffer in a book, its not new, but body shaming is old, for me at least. The plot and dialogue would still stand firm. Now please note its not prevalent in the book, but if you read this review for reading, just mentally prepare for harmful body image dialogue.
I feel like if I am forewarned, I can mentally equip myself and take the moments way more efficiently.
I do recommend if you like messy, slightly taboo, over the top, and super emotional romance books.
Raven And Ares get married after Raven sister cancels the weeding for the 3 time.
I was a little weird bout the whole situation because Ares was engaged to Raven sister Hannah but they always had felling for each other.
I get why Raven so conflicted about loving Ares but I did love how he make sure to ensured the she knew he was crazy for her.
I'm super excited to read the rest for the series.
