We quickly learn about Victoria Barnett’s condition, but she isn’t as incapacitated as Sylvia, her hired caretaker, has been led to believe. There are tense moments where Victoria desperately tries to communicate something to Sylvia—but what? The writing keeps you eagerly turning pages, with twists and turns that will leave you hooked from the very beginning. This is a book you won’t be able to put down.

I thought this was great. It was a touch predictable but still had its twists and turns. Loved the ending… ha! Freida McFadden is becoming a favorite of mine.

Ah! These girls simply ignored all the red flags and kept on going to this rich and handsome guy 🤦🏼‍♀️ Sylvia is comparing her situation with Victoria and it just doesn't make sense; Victoria goes running to this guy ignoring the insults and misbehaviour for no reason at all; what is wrong with you girls?? The basic plot was like reading Verity; just less smut. The last few pages were impressive and I didn't expect Maggie!!!

Girlfriends, this book here was absolutely amazing. I loved it, this ending was savage and brilliant. Frieda girl, you have done it again, I almost was a little bit scared because I was kinda of like wait who is the killer here and you made me think it was Adam but then it turned on Victoria and then back to Adam I was so head confused. lol but all in all it was a good fast read and entertaining. I really did enjoy it. You did not disappoint. Well done friend, well done! 😀
