Light read about magical kids in need of some guidance. A witch who is hired to help but becomes family. A few spicy scenes. The House on the Cerulean Sea was a better written similar story.

A story of modern witchcraft, found family and happy endings with important messages throughout. Well done!

Quirky with a hint of spice. The humor balanced the sad moments.
Even for a romantic comedy, this is light. Nor is it particularly comedic. The future of three young girls, witches in this case, is at stake. Will they stay together and thrive, or will they be separated and grow up isolated, as the main character grew up? Will the main character be able to join the perfect found family that found her?
The problems are real, but they are treated like soap bubbles in terms of what the characters must actually face and invest in before they are gone.
And the character quirks that are what I assume provide the comedy don't.
This book is low key cute & so good! I wasn’t sure what to expect whenever I listened to this and it took me a little bit to get into the first few chapters but once I started, it was hard to put it down.
It’s cute, playful, a little bit of romance and an unexpected ending!
