The perfect Rom-Com. I've had this on my shelf for a while and I'm so glad that I picked it up. This is perfect. I love Anna and Liam so much. The dynamic is exciting and fun. Not without a few twist and turns. This book had me laughing outloud, kicking my feet with excitement. Watching everything unfold and grow right in front of our eyes. Highly recommended. Total Must Read!!

Funny story: I thought I was reading A Court of Thorns & Roses on my Kindle and I was actually reading this. (All I know about ACOTAR is that there's sex, nothing else!). At the end I thought "well the book was cute, I liked the characters before the sex started, but I don't know why they gave it that title?" LOL. This very much had a Crazy Rich Asians for white people vibe. I thought it was cute, and a great "popcorn" book. Liked the main characters, and all the "shockers" were at least percolating in the back of my mind. Uncomplicated and fun. My real problem was with the Weston patriarch, Ray. I hate most CEOs regardless, but... There was no depth at all to this dude. He was 100% pure evil with no nuance. Why was he like that if he had such family-focused parents? Hurt people hurt people, but this guy just went all the way bad. The only characters that can do that are Beetlejuice & Dolores Umbridge. Even Voldemort had some sympathetic moments.
