This is almost as hard to review as it was to read. This is the largest and honestly most uncomfortable age gap I have ever read. I will give credit where credit is due, and the author did a great job separating the main characters where appropriate.
What made it incredibly uncomfortable to me was the MMC ending up with the FMC after watching her grow up from the age of like 6.
Other than that, it was a very emotionally charged book, and there is a lot of grief and loss that is worked through. I think the author did a great job writing this book and navigating these sensitive subjects.
