I would like my $17 back and the time it took me to read this stupid book. How does this woman have a podcast? She claims this is her “theory” when all she does the whole book is quote other people’s research. This whole book can be summed up with “worry about yourself instead of other people and your life will improve.” Thank Mel, riveting advice.

Although it was not groundbreaking and was repetitive at times, it was well written in the fact that it was very relatable to almost all aspects of life and did provide tools to use in everyday life. I have not been a fan of self help books over my time in corporate America, but this was a Greta read to help with the transition to fully retired life!
