This series does not disappoint...while I enjoyed the first installment due to its propulsive and addictive page-turning action, the second installment provided more "clues" re the lore the lies and the legacies the vampiric dynasties have fabricated and are seeking to protect...Medra's fondness for Blake is deepening and the consumption of her blood by him has led to some revelatory transfiguration...will his dragon form bring them closer or further apart...?
