The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi

I enjoyed the adult heroine who is not an ingenue. Amina is a great character who has flaws and makes mistakes. The magical elements were fresh and interesting. The demon was hilarious and easily my favorite part of the series.
I didn’t enjoy the plot (a tad simplistic)the villain (one-dimensional and not well fleshed out), and the writing style.

Such a fun read !!! I freaking love historical fantasy omg im so happy this will be a series
