Sinner: A forbidden age-gap romance of faith and desire (Priest, 2)

He's temptation incarnate. She's a vow away from giving it all up.
From Sierra Simone, USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author of Priest, comes a sinfully seductive forbidden romance where faith, lust, and redemption collide.
Sean Bell is wealthy, wild, and unapologetically wicked, a man who's never believed in forgiveness or forever. But when Zenny Iverson reenters his life--his best friend's little sister and a novice nun with one month left to choose her path--everything changes. She wants to know what desire feels like before she takes her final vows. And she wants Sean to be the one to teach her.
What starts as a dangerous game becomes something neither of them expected: raw, soul-shaking intimacy that forces them to question everything.
Unholy in the best way, intensely emotional, and spiritually erotic, Sinner is a taboo romance that cuts deep and burns hot.

Major TWs not related to the main couple, but are a significant plot point: Mama Bell's terminal cancer diagnosis, her subsequent treatment/palliative care, ending with her death. Having this element really helped round out Sean's character development and seemed much more fulsome than Tyler's character arc in Priest.
Where I found Priest straight-up erotica, I felt there was a more nuanced approach to the 'romantic' elements with the relationship between Sean & Zenny. While it was still definitely an insta-love(lust) situation, incorporating the teacher/student helped cement their relationship for me.
