Resting Scrooge Face: A Short Story

This was okay. It had its funny moments, but it was also a little corny and cheesy at times. Second chance romance doesn’t seem like a good novella idea, since it usually requires some depth, and that’s where this one fell short.

I’m not big in Christmas season and idk when I lost the interest but this is a cute story of how I’d like to get it back. And I like how it shows how devastating miscommunication can be. Honesty is the best policy.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4. A super cute, second chance romance with high school sweethearts. I liked the "You've Got Mail" vibes with the anonymous letters. Short, sweet, and to the point (no steam, one on page kiss).
