Queen Move had me blushing from head to toe. It may be one of the steamiest books I've ever read. Well-written with fully formed flawed characters, it kept me turning pages, but there were a few things I didn't like.

First let's talk about what I did like. I mentioned the characters. The lead characters, Ezra and Kimba, were amazing. They leapt off the page. And the chemistry between them was palpable. The secondary characters were fully-formed, as well. I'll be surprised if there aren't more books to follow with some of the secondary characters' stories.

I loved that Kimba is an independent, strong woman who doesn't shy away from her sexuality. We always need more female characters like that. And no spoilers, but she deals with some common health issues that definitely need to have more representation in the book world. I loved that Ezra is complex, but makes his feelings known. We need more male characters like that, too. I liked the fact that the author shows us untraditional families, real families.

I mentioned the steaminess. I love a good romance, but I prefer to have a few things left to the imagination. There was nothing left to the imagination here. Which is great, if that's what you prefer.

There were a few things that were quite unrealistic. But I was able to move past them.

It also ended up being a little longer than I thought it should be. I was even skimming the scenes towards the end that didn't have anything to do with the romance.

But that ending. Wow. It made it all worthwhile.
