I wanted to like it… I feel like it was a very drawn out story for a ending that I always knew was coming. I felt that way about the last Abby Jimenez book that I read. I feel like I would like the town of Wakan though :)
This book was a great way to start the year. A semi cheesy romance story that gives you all the best feels. Classic "prince and the pauper" vibes but with a modern twist. This is the second book I have read from this author and I absolutely have to read more!
I just fell in love with the characters and the story. Though some of it could be a bit predictable I didn’t mind. I want to read another one of her books
This was my first Abby Jimenez book. I have to say I am hooked. I loved these two characters as a couple. Daniel and Alexis are funny and interesting. The side characters made me laugh. I also wanted to learn more about them.I have already purchased Yours Truly. I am hoping to start that book soon.
