The first book was better though I do enjoy a HEA. This one was just repetitive. Maybe there’s something wrong with me, but idk fam… if I have a billionaire wanting to pay for literally everything and I have to do is be worshipped by them. I’m not going to argue and complain as much as Callie does. Jfc. She’s a big whiner. Sorry. I hate that I didn’t like it as much as the first. It’s a quick read though. Finished in a few hours so if you need to bulk up your “read” list then read these two books.

It pains me to say this, but I did not enjoy this book as much as I did with the first one, and I really loved the first one. Hayden in this book was way too possessive and dictating to the point where I was actually rooting for Calista to escape him. And Calista was way too forgiving and accepting of everything. Also, a lot of the chapters seemed uninteresting and more like filler episodes, the excitement didn’t really pick up until the last few chapters but i digress. However, I am a sucker for happy endings and their ending was beautiful… With that being said, this book was a major let down for me, and Harper was the best character.
