Moon Rising is tied as my favorite wings of fire book along with The Hidden Kingdom. I loved Moon’s personality, and her being able to read minds was really cool. I liked her backstory and wonder what will happen in the later books with Darkstalker. I also liked Qibli, and I didn’t expect Sora to be the one trying to kill Icicle. My favorite part was when Moon warns the other dragons of the fire. Overall, I really liked this book and am excited to read Winter Turning.

No disappointment from us for this sixth book in the Wings of Fire series! After some big conclusions in the last instalment, we loved the direction Sutherland has chosen to take the story and have been enjoying getting to know a whole new range of major players. This book focuses on Moon, a new generation of NightWing and all the secrets she brings along with her. We are so hooked!
