Lequay was set up and arrested at Khari and Couture’s wedding reception.. prior to lock up, he had had a threesome with Teyaira and Scotland.. however all had changed their names.. Frank, Brin & Jada.. Teyaira had lied and said her and her husband was looking for some fun.. Scotland was on some get back lick back after she found out Art had moved in Nairobi and daughter Maylani and wanted them to be in a poly relationship.. so she snuck out and had this one night stand.. Frank & Jada really connected and something sparked.. even after the encounter both thought about each other.. fast forward and after Lequay was locked up, his cellmate was Art.. and he didn’t like how Art was talking derogatory to his girl on the phone.. what started out as minor, ended up being an attraction over the phone, as Lequay and Scotland began to talk every night and got to know one another.. she ended up getting pregnant from Frank and was opting for an abortion out of fear that Art would kill her if he knew if was from another person.. however Art was cruel, abusive and manipulated her.. she didn’t have any money friends or job.. he rationed out money to her.. so when he got locked up, she was happy and saw as her way to better herself and leave.. Lequay ended up getting her interview with Lisara to work at her salon as a nail tech.. and she loved it.. she enjoyed talking with Lequay too and was smitten with him thru the phone text and letters.. when they finally video chatted they both realized it was Frank and Jada from the one night stand and that he was in fact the father of her child, as the condom had broke during the 2nd encounter.. Loved Lequay and Scotland 🥰 he was very intentional with her Teyaira was too delusional and foul, along with her friend Jessika.. not sure if Shakur was just something to do or if Teyaira really have feelings, but I’m sure it’ll be some drama in the next book.. I love me some Lequay 😘
