Listen to on Audible and was completely drawn in. I love this story, the writing, characters and setting.
I see why it’s a classic. Beautifully written. Made my heart go pitter patter :)
Re-read this for a book club and boy was it funnier and more chaotic than I remember. It's also really sad at times and the biggest deepest mood you'll feel at others. But at times it just wasn't for me and yet I still really liked it so, that speaks about the storytelling. As a side note, I'm probably the only one that actually really liked St. John Rivers and was rooting for him. I will keep it spoiler free but... he is sort of the Henry Winter of this book so that could be why I'm biased.
