Forged in Frost (Of Dragons and Fae Book 2)

This book was a definite step up from the first in the series! It was an easier read, but, just like in book one, things felt a little too easy at times. That could just be me, though. I really enjoyed the adventure this one took me on, especially the unique take on the fae world, which was something fresh that I hadn’t read before. The author’s writing has definitely improved since the first book, and it made a noticeable difference. That being said, I wouldn’t call this the next big thing like some reviews and videos online claim. And as for the comparisons to ACOTAR and Fourth Wing? I can’t help but laugh. This book is so drastically different from both that I don’t even know where those connections are coming from. Still, it was a pretty solid read!
